Alexis P. Benson of Taunton, MA, formerly of Sharon, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2022, at the age of 52 years.

She was the devoted daughter of Sheldon & Marilyn (Spector) Leppo. Beloved wife of the late Allan M. Benson Jr.

Alexis was the loving mother of Eva R. Benson and Edward L. Benson and the adoring grandmother of Mason.

She was the dear sister to Aaron Leppo, the late Beth Ann Knell, and the late Ronald M. Leppo.

Alexis worked as a credit analyst for NorthEast Electrical Distributors of Brockton and previously for the Robert Allen Group of Mansfield.

She was a big fan of BINGO and played whenever she had a chance.

A funeral service will be held at the Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington St., Canton, MA on Friday, May 6 at 2:00 pm followed by interment at Sharon Memorial Park.

There will be Shiva immediately after interment at Temple Sinai, 25 Canton St., Sharon, MA until 5:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations, in Alexis’ memory, to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692 or at heart.org.
