Bernard H. Block of Randolph, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2022, at the age of 92.
Devoted son of the late Rose & Samuel Block and dear brother to the late Harold & Bernice Block, Sandra Block & the late Arthur Block.
He doted on and was loved by his 8 nieces and nephews Donald Block, Dorothy VanDenberghe, Michele Block, Steven Block, Joni Promisel, Sharon Delaney, Elaine Pellegrini, the late Paula Phillips, plus his many great & great-great nieces & nephews, his dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Bernard was an Army veteran who served his country as a medic during the Korean War.
Prior to retirement, he worked as a top sales representative for the Leavitt Corporation for over 30 years.
The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Heights Crossing Assisted Living and Compass for the care and compassion they showed Bernard while under their care.
Graveside services will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, Dedham Street, Sharon on Monday, May 9 at 12:45pm.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernard’s memory to Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA), 505 Eighth Avenue, Suite 902, New York, NY 10018.
