Sheldon (Shel) Berenson, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025.

Shel was a serial entrepreneur, who created and owned several businesses throughout his life and was always looking for new business opportunities. Shel was a dedicated husband to Carol, especially during her battle with Polycystic Kidney Disease and adored his granddaughter, Charlotte. Always remembered for his sarcasm, sense of humor, ability to make everyone laugh, especially himself, and his sparkling blue-gray eyes.

Shel is survived by his daughter Felicia Berenson-Reinhardt, son-in-law Matthew Reinhardt, and granddaughter Charlotte; his brother Gerald (Jerry) Berenson and his wife Roberta, and his nieces Emily Steinmann, Amy Cohen and nephew Andrew Berenson; his sister-in-law Linda Rosenberg and niece Suzanne Rosenberg.

Services will be held at Sharon Memorial Park on Friday, October 10 at 12:45pm. Those attending services should meet behind the administration building on the cemetery grounds prior to services.
