Sharf & Co., a sporting goods distributor, eventually purchasing the company and later establishing A-BOS, Ltd., a manufacturer and importer of sporting and leisure goods.
A man deeply committed to his faith and community; Bob was an active and dedicated member of Temple Beth Am and later B’nai Tikvah.
Bob also had a lifelong love of music. An accomplished saxophone and clarinet player, he was a proud member of the TAD Trio and found great joy in performing and sharing music with others.
Robert, also lovingly known as “Bob,” “Uncle Robbie,” and “Huppa,” was considered a true mensch by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, integrity, generosity of spirit, and unwavering devotion to family and friends. Whether through music, business, community involvement, or simply the way he showed up for others, Bob left a lasting impression on countless people throughout his life.
