Reeva K Ellis, 87 of Dedham, MA formally of Mansfield, MA passed away peacefully on November 26th, 2025. Reeva was born in Norwood, MA to the late Albert and Beatrice (Ezersky) Weisman.
Reeva was predeceased by her husband Howard M. Ellis in 2014. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother whose warmth touched everyone that knew her. Reeva leaves behind her daughter Glenda Simpson of Norfolk, MA and her son Marc (Melody) Ellis of Clearwater Beach, FL. She was the proud grandmother of Richard Simpson of Norfolk, MA Christel (Jonathan) Chambers of Uxbridge, MA and Thomas Ellis of Charlestown, MA along with two cherished great grandchildren who brought her great joy. Dear sister of the late Saul Weisman.
Reeva had a deep love for music, especially the big band era. She also found great fulfillment in painting, expressing her inner self through colors and images she created. Her artwork and music were reflections of her vibrant spirit and perspective on life.
A Graveside Service will take place at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon, MA on Thursday, December 4th at 10:45AM. Those attending services should meet behind the administration building on the cemetery grounds prior to services.

She will be remembered for her kindness and her love of life. Reeva’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
