Lois S. (Sperberg) Jaynes, age 66, of Canton, passed away on August 13, 2022. Born in Boston, she was the daughter to the late Irene Ruth (Wainrober) and Daniel Sperberg. She was the devoted wife to Andrew Jaynes for 43 loving years. She was the mother to Maura Muller and her husband Christopher of West Bridgewater, and Daniel Jaynes and his wife Alyssa of Easton. She was the grandmother to Jacob, Stella, Brielle, and Sydney. She was the aunt to Alan and Marissa Sperberg, Erica and Brian Thomas, Lisa and Chris O’Neill, Samantha and Brendan Mara, Melissa and Nick Washburn, and Joseph and Liz Levy. Lois was a great-aunt to many. She was predeceased by her siblings Mark Sperberg, Howard Sperberg, Fredda Frank and is survived by her brother-in-law Jack Frank and her sister-in-law Ilene Levy and sister-in -law to the late Annette Ben-Menachem

Lois absolutely loved shopping, traveling to Vegas to see the shows, and enjoyed going to Cape Cod and relaxing on the beach. Above all, her biggest passion was her family. She absolutely adored her grandchildren and was extremely family oriented. She will be dearly missed by those who had the honor of knowing her.

A Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, August 16th at 12:00PM, at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington Street in Canton, with the interment to follow at Dorchester Hebrew Helping Hand Cemetery, 232 Fuller Street, Everett, MA 02149. Shiva will be held at the home of Maura and Christopher Muller, on Tuesday, August 16th immediately following the burial until 7:00PM, and Wednesday August 17th and Thursday August 18th from 12:00PM-7:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lois’ name may be made to the American Lung Association, 1661 Worcester Rd UNIT 301, Framingham, MA 01701.

    Dear Maura, I am deeply saddened to learn of Lois’s untimely passing. She was a beautiful young woman, devoted mother, wife, sister but above all a great friend with a beautiful heart who will be deeply missed but never far from our hearts and minds. Maura, you and your entire family will be forever on my mind and in my heart especially in the coming days ahead. If you ever feel the need to talk, please know you will always have a friend in me to lean on through good times and in the bad.
