Florence Lila (Stein) Lampert, formerly of Dorchester, Milton, and Boynton Beach, FL passed away peacefully on June 24, 2023, at 91 years of age. Florence was the devoted daughter of the late Frederick and Minnie (Gillette) Stein. Florence was the cherished wife of the late Eugene M. Lampert and loving mother of Pamela and her late husband Stephen Sokol, Bruce and his wife Mercy, and Andrea and her partner Ray Schwartzman. She was very proud to be grandmother to Eric Dalton and Mia Dalton. Florence was the sister of the late Arthur Stein and Bobby Stein and is survived by her brother Harvey Stein and his wife Saundra and her brother Stanley Stein.
Florence will be missed by all who were lucky to have known her. After raising her children, Florence enjoyed working in retail, where she blended her love of fashion and customer service. She was an avid golfer, tennis player, and enjoyed mahjong and social time with many wonderful friends over the years.
A graveside funeral service for Florence will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, on June 28 at 10:45AM. Please meet behind the administration building. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to:
