Steven Wilson of Canton, formerly of Sharon, passed away suddenly surrounded by his loving family on July 30, 2023 at the age of 63.
He was the son of Audrey and the late Charles Wilson, husband of Robbin Wilson, father of Michael Wilson, Rebekah Ryan and husband Rob, cherished grampie of Abigail Paige Ryan, and brother of Andrea Wilson.
Steven was a graduate of Sharon High School and Maine Maritime Academy earning a degree in marine engineering. He later managed Charles B. Wilson Associates.
He was very active in his community coaching sports, leading Girl Scouts, helping to build the Ames Street playground, and serving as an EMT and volunteer fire fighter.
Services will be held at Temple Sinai 25 Canton Street, Sharon, on Wednesday August 2nd at 1pm. Interment to follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.

Shiva continues at the Wilson home 42 Country Lane, Sharon, on Thursday 1-4:30pm and 6:30-8:30pm, and on Friday 1-4pm.

I remember the roller-skating dance lessons we took in junior high and all the fun times we had babysitting – Steve pushing Andrea in her carriage and me, my cousin Mitchell in his. I’ll always remember him fondly. My heartfelt condolences to you and Andrea.
