Date of Funeral

March 16, 2022

Robert Radding of Sharon passed away on March 15, 2022, surrounded by his family. The oldest son of Joseph and Eunice Radding of Springfield, Ma, he is survived by his beloved wife Rina, his daughters Leora Hearst (Benjamin) of New Orleans and Ilana Clemon (Richard) of Norfolk; and his grandchildren Opal, Ashley, Mathew, William and Maisie, his brother Alan (Eva) of Newton, and his sister-in-law Linda of Longmeadow. He was predeceased by his brother Edward and sister Ann.

Robert managed the family advertising business, Radding Signs, and devoted himself to many causes, including the Anti-Defamation League, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, and the YMCA of Greater Providence (RI). He was an avid stamp collector, and he loved to camp and ski, especially with members of the family. He loved classical, traditional jazz and 1950s rock music. Most of all, he was a dedicated, warm, funny, wise family man who will be very much missed.
