Rita M. Swartz of Stoughton, MA passed away peacefully on Thursday May 6, 2021 at the age of 90.
Cherished daughter of David and Molly Resnick, beloved wife of Alan “Sonny” Swartz (deceased), loving mother of Les Swartz of Leland, NC, Martin Swartz and his wife Susan of Stoughton, MA and her grandchildren Daniel Swartz of Foxboro, MA and Zachary Swartz of Stoughton, MA.
Rita is also survived by her brother Norman Resnick and wife Marcia of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, William Resnick and his wife Bernice (deceased) and many nephews, nieces and cousins, and friends.
A lover of music, Rita received so much joy playing her piano for family and friends and always looked forward to family summer vacations at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.
A memorial service will be held on Monday May 10, 2021 at Sharon Memorial Park at 9:00 a.m. followed by shiva with the Swartz family.
