Jay Howard Wassersug of Canton formerly of Randolph, passed away peacefully at home on his 81st birthday, surrounded by his loved ones. Beloved husband of Anita (Caswell) Wassersug. Loving father of William Wassersug and Steven Wassersug & his wife Renee. Cherished grandfather of Hannah, Matthew, Kathryn, Brian, and John. Adored brother of Judith Noar and Helene Lenahan. Devoted brother-in-law of Bruce Caswell, Richard Lenahan, the late Bernard Noar and the late Burt Caswell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral service at the Schlossberg Family’s Chapel, 824 Washington St., Canton on Wednesday, December 8 at 10AM followed by interment at Moses Mendelsohn Cemetery in Lindwood Memorial Park, Randolph. Shiva will be held at his late residence on Thursday 12-2pm & 4-8pm, Friday 12-3pm, Saturday 6-9pm, and Sunday 1-4pm.
