Bernard Forman of Bridgewater passed away on April 19, 2020 at 77 years of age.
Devoted son of the late Alexander & Edith (Babchyck) Forman. Beloved husband of Elaine (Vieira) Forman. Loving father of Alex Forman, Lindsay MacPhee & her husband Brian and Andrea Forman. Cherished grandfather of Shaun MacPhee, Liam MacPhee, Brooke Forman, and Brent Forman. Dear brother of the late Rena Forman and Sheldon Forman.
Graveside service at Knollwood Memorial Park, 321 High Street, Canton.
A public celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
