Alan R. Spekin, age 75, of Brockton, passed away May 28, 2026 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Son to the late Maynard and Frances (Namenson) Spekin, and brother to his predeceased siblings, Donna L. Spekin and Harriet Simpson, Alan is survived by his devoted wife, Lela K. (Jones) Spekin, and his daughters, Hallie K. (Leggatt) LeBlanc and husband Douglas, of Waltham, and Jenise L. (Leggatt) Lucey and her husband Mark, of Great Barrington.
He was a cherished grandfather to Chase and Travis (LeBlanc) and Mallory and Reese (Lucey).
Services at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel, 824 Washington St., Canton, on Tuesday, June 2 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in West Bridgewater.
Memorial observance will be at Lela Spekin’s home on Tuesday 6–8 p.m., continuing Wednesday and Thursday from 1 – 8 p.m.
