Lawrence Finklestone March 15, 2023

Lawrence “Larry” Finklestone, formerly of Canton,  passed away on Wednesday, March 15, at 76 years of age. Born and raised in Dorchester, he was the only child of the late Jacob and Ruth (Bieber) Finklestone.  Larry graduated from Boston English High School and earned a degree from UMass Boston. After he completed his undergraduate studies,  Larry enrolled in the Western New England School of Law and earned his JD degree. Rather  than pursue a career as an attorney, Larry worked in Sales for COMDEX, an acronym for Computer Dealers Exposition, a computer trade show held yearly in Las Vegas. Following that Larry worked in commercial real estate. Larry was a member of B’nai Tikvah in Canton. He is the former husband of Marcia Stone of Florida, and he leaves their son Todd of Taiwan. In addition to Marcia and Todd, Larry is also survived by several cousins.

Services are private.  Shiva will be held at Temple Israel of Sharon, 125 Pond St. Sharon on Monday, March 20^th from 1:00pm– 4:00pm and continuing from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
