Sheldon S. Liberman of South Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 15, 2022, surrounded by his family. Born in Boston, MA on October 13, 1939, he was the son of the late Max and Sophie (Katz) Liberman. Beloved husband of the late Anne M. Liberman. Sheldon is survived by his children Donna Grim (Eastham, MA) and Steven Liberman (Dedham, MA), his brother Paul Liberman and his wife Ilene (Coconut Creek, FL), his grandchildren Joshua MacDonald and wife Hailey (Ipswich, MA) and Dana Grim (Chatham, MA), his great-granddaughter Samara MacDonald, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he is predeceased by his sister, Jacqueline Miller.
Sheldon graduated from Roxbury Memorial High School in 1957 as an outstanding defensive baseball player and then served honorably in the United States Army as a Radio Operator. He was a successful business owner of a cleaning operation and furniture delivery company. On weekends, he and Anne could be found at craft sales selling Anne’s art. As an avid Boston sports fan, he loved watching the games with his family.
A graveside service will take place on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM at American Friendship Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA.
