The Lady, the Legend, Sabina Libeskind, has passed at the age of 99. Wife of the late Israel W. Libeskind, Sabina is the mother of Sara and her husband Barry Krummins (dec.), Sheila (dec.) and her husband Michael Pelser, and Joseph and his wife Leslie Libeskind.  She is Nana to grandchildren Marc Pelser, Jennifer Pelser Pace, Kimberly Libeskind, Jay Krummins (dec.), and Evan Libeskind and Great Nana to Samantha Migliorini, Alivia Pelser, Brendan Krummins, Charlie Fortuna, and Emma and Isabella Pelser. It should also be noted that she was ‘Nana’ to all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s significant others,  friends, classmates and really just anybody in need of a Nana.

A holocaust survivor,  Sabina was a tough cookie and all around tenacious person. She worked hard alongside her son Joe, originally at Corman’s Cleaners in Sharon and later at Value Drycleaners in Milford, up until the age of 95. Her incredible work ethic could only be surpassed by her fierce love of family. Nana Sabina Libeskind will be greatly missed.

Services will take place at Sharon Memorial Park Sunday October 27, at 11:45AM all attendees are requested to meet behind the administration building prior to services 40 Dedham Street Sharon, MA 02067. Shiva will be held immediately following services at the home of Joseph and Leslie Libeskind. In lieu of flowers donations in Sabina’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s association www.act.alz.org/site/donation.
