Lois Lampidis January 19, 2025

Date of Funeral

January 23, 2025

Lois Lampidis, age 79, of Wrentham, formerly of Walpole, was born in Boston and raised in Mattapan. She passed away after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family on January 19, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Saul and Rosyline Solomon, cherished sister of Barbara (Bob) Kagan of Boynton Beach, Fl, as well as the adored aunt of Susan (Michael) Myers of Wrentham, Laurie Curtis (Dan) of Fernandina Beach, Fl and Alan Kagan (Sydnie) of Stoughton. She was the most amazing and devoted great-aunt to Sarah and Kimberly Myers, and Delia and Terry Curtis III and Brooke and Jared Gallant. She was the beloved and de facto pet sitter for all her family’s dogs and cats.

Lois’s career with Boston IVF spanned over 40 years and was known as the heart and soul of the company. As Director of Human Resources, she considered each and every employee a member of her second family. This was evidenced by the constant outpouring of love that they showed her from the onset of her illness.

Funeral Services will be held at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill on Thursday January 23, 2025 at 9:30AM; followed by interment at American Friendship Cemetery 776 Baker Street West Roxbury; Memorial Observance will be held at the residence of Susan and Michael Myers on Thursday from 4-8PM;  Remembrances in Lois’s memory may be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
