Jenny Greenberg December 18, 1925 - June 11, 2025

Jenny (Needle) Greenberg of West Bridgewater, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on June 11, 2025, at the age of 99. Born on December 18, 1925, in Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Isaac (Izzy) and Etta (Beck) Needle. Jenny was preceded in death by her husband Sidney, her sisters Rebecca Greenberg and Eleanor Levine, and her eldest daughter Judith Bird.

She is survived by her youngest daughter, Paula Gluck, and her husband Curtis Gluck; her son Robert (Bob) Greenberg and his wife, Ellen (Hanflig) Greenberg, as well as nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.

Jenny took immense pride in her family, celebrating their accomplishments and cherishing time spent together. She had a remarkable sense of humor, was a master of word puzzles and games, and often wrote stories and poems. Jenny was meticulous and observant, which served her well as a quality control inspector for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company before retiring in 1994. She had been an active member of the community as a volunteer for MDA, Bowling for the Blind, and member of B’nai Brith.

She leaves behind many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington Street, Canton, MA. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park Cemetery, 40 Dedham St, Sharon.
