Ross, Irene (Shair) of Mansfield, formerly of Foxboro and Randolph, passed away peacefully after a long illness on October 19, 2021 at the age of 85.
Allan, her beloved husband of 63 years, was by her side. Loving and devoted mother of Steven M. Ross of Las Vegas, NV, and Nancy F. Mann and her son-in-law Royal J. Mann of Mansfield, MA.
She was the forever cherished grandmother of Nicole and Jessica Mann. Irene was born in Boston on May 3, 1936 to the late Frank and Hannah (Cohen) Shair. Dear sister of the late Joseph Shair and Beverly (Shair) Elliott.
Irene was an avid reader, loved to travel, and shared endless special times with her family.
Irene will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but her memory will remain forever in their hearts.
A private funeral service was held graveside at Sharon Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in Irene’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
