Dov S. Yoffe of Randolph, MA passed away on June 9, 2025, in Boston, MA at the age of 72.

Dov was born and raised in Boston, MA. He was a proud graduate of Boston Latin School and earned bachelor’s degrees from UMass Amherst and Boston College. He divided his professional life between allergy nursing and carpentry, taking great pride in his ability to build, mix or fix anything, using his skills to help others whenever he could.

He spent many years volunteering locally with the Knights of Pythias, The Bridge Center, and the local Medical Reserve Corps as well as serving on the Board of Health in Randolph. Dov was an avid Boston sports fan, and a season ticket holder of the Boston Celtics for over 20 years. He appreciated live music and local theater performances and enjoyed his time as a “snowbird” in Delray Beach, Florida and was an active leader in his retirement community’s Newcomer’s Club.

Dov was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Edith (Abugov) Yoffe. Dov is survived by his wife Kathleen (nee Davidson) and their daughters, Sarah MacIsaac (Dan) of Norwood, MA, Rachel Mack (Justin) of Middleboro, MA and Leah Herrmann (Justin) of East Bridgewater, MA, and 5 grandchildren, Kensington and Corbin Mack, Tommy and Annabelle MacIsaac, and Maggie Herrmann.

Dov’s funeral will be held at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington Street, Canton on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.

Those who knew Dov are invited to express their condolences  at his late residence, Friday, June 13th from 4PM – 6PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Dov’s memory to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) or the American Red Cross (www.redcross.org). If you can, please give blood on his behalf.
