Alberta ‘Birdie’ Ruth (Rubin) Silver of Wrentham, formerly of Randolph & Easton, passed away on September 8, 2021 at the age of 94.
Alberta was predeceased by her husband Leonard G. Silver, her parents Joseph and Marion (Tamkin) Rubin, her brother & sister-in-law Arthur & Gail Rubin. She leaves behind her cousin Cheryl Stillman, nieces and nephews Michael & Maria Rubin, Tammy & Jeff Franklin, Mark Rubin, Bradley Slypack, Bonnie Slypack, Debra & Darryll Blackwell, as well as, several generations of nieces and nephews.
Birdie loved spending time with her family & friends, as well as the company of dogs, having pets of her own for many years. One of her favorite pastimes was watching sports, especially the Patriots & Red Sox, and being a fan & cheering on the kids at their activities. She enjoyed playing mahjong, card games & bingo, and was an avid reader. Birdie was a member of B’nai B’rith and embraced her heritage when she traveled to Israel.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 1:45 pm.
