Vivienne B. Kessel of Canton, MA passed away unexpectedly on June 5, 2025, at the age of 64.
Vivienne was the bartender at the Canton American Legion for some 23 years and was known to many throughout town. She was a lover of animals and would spend as much time as possible with her own, and any that she happened across. She loved music, traveling, cruising, and gaming. Vivienne was very fashionable and would showcase that whenever possible. She was also a good cook and fed those around her well.
Vivienne was predeceased by her parents, Joel Kessel and Sonya Churnick. Vivienne is survived by her sister, Adrienne Kessel Fleishman and her husband Jerrold of Stoughton, her companion Stephen Lesco of Stoughton, her stepmother Brenda Kessel of Canton, her brothers Barnet Kessel (Nava) of Newton and Philip Kessel (Jacqui) of CA, and her Aunt Micki Dore of Ashland.
She will be sorely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Graveside Service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon, MA, on Tuesday, June 10, at 11:45AM with interment to follow.
Memorial observance will be held at the home of Adrienne & Jerrold immediately following the burial until 4:00PM, continuing from 7-9:00PM with Minyan at 7:30PM.
