Debra Stepner of South Easton, formerly of Stoughton, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on May 1, 2025, at 68 years of age.

Devoted daughter of Rhoda and Harris Koritz. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Stepner. Loving mother of David Stepner, Andrew Stepner and his wife Barbara. Cherished grandmother of Blake and Charlotte. Dear sister of Mark Koritz and his daughter Anna and sister and brother in law Sandy and Jason Abrams and many nieces and nephews.

Debra was truly a woman of valor. She loved the goodness in life, and that was evident in the care she gave to her family and animals, especially her cat Sasha. Having a true appreciation for life she loved walking and exercised regularly, and above all else the time she could spend with who she loved. She was a warm caring person with an infectious laugh and loved by all who met her.

Her funeral service will be held at 11AM, Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington Street in Canton, with the interment to follow at Sharon Memorial Park, Shiva will be held at the home of Pam and David Glass following services from 2-8 P.M.

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in Debra’s memory to American Cancer Society, www.donate.cancer.org, and the MSPCA www.support.mspca.org, or any other animal welfare organizations.
