Date of Funeral

January 21, 2025

Stanley (Stan) Greenberg 87 of Milton, MA passed away peacefully January 18, 2025, after multiple health issues. He was born in Boston on June 6, 1937. Son of the late Harry & Sarah Greenberg. He leaves behind Jane his loving wife of 62 years; his caring daughters, Bonnie & Marla; his beloved sister, Marsha, who recently moved back to MA to be closer to the family, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David & Deborah Ulin; nieces, Lianne and Kirsten; nephew, Jared, and their respective families.

He followed in his father’s footsteps to become a pharmacist after earning his degree at New England College of pharmacy which is now Northeastern University. He was a member of the pharmaceutical Ro Pi Phi fraternity, a founding member of the Knights of Pythias, Canton Lodge # 6, and a longtime member of the Sharon Men’s Club.

Stan was an avid music fan who also loved to travel. He was known as quite the gambler, always willing to take a roll of the dice at the craps table. You could find him glued to the TV watching multiple football games at the same time and over the last few years enjoyed watching horse races.

Seven years ago, he and Jane downsized after owning a house in Sharon for more than 50 years. They moved to Fuller Village in Milton, where he made quite a few new friends and attended many social activities. Two of his favorites being Hot Dog Night and Pub Night.
