Diana Cohen of Warwick, RI, formerly of Canton MA, passed away on March 17th, 2023 at 89 years of age. Born in Boston, she was the devoted daughter of the late Abraham & Amelia (Nerden) DeNat. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph W. Cohen. She is survived by her children Annette Cohen of Somersworth, NH, and Audrey Cohen of Norwood, MA, Steven Cohen and his wife Lisa of Warwick, RI and the late Gary Coburn of Mission Viejo, CA. She was the cherished grandmother of Adam Rayman, his wife Leanne and great grandson Jacoby of San Diego, CA and Benjamin Hyman, his wife Kaitlin and great granddaughter Alice of Berwick, ME. She was the dear sister of the late Jean Altsher and dear sister-in-law of Rosalyn Atlas, formerly of Norwood, MA.
Diana worked at the Health and Human Services Department of the Federal Government in Boston, MA and in her free time she loved to travel.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday March 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on The Hill, 824 Washington St., Canton, MA, followed by interment at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA. Shiva will be immediately following services at the home of Steven and Lisa Cohen, 347 Sleepy Hollow Farm Road in Warwick, Rhode Island.
