Elaine R. Kotzen Levin, of East Bridgewater formerly of Dorchester, a nurse for over 50 years, entered into rest September 6, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of the late Steven R. Levin. Dear daughter of the late Nathan and Rose (Goldstein) Kotzen. Elaine was the loving mother of Audra Levin and a devoted sister to Dr. Mitchell Kotzen of Florida.
During her many years as a nurse Elaine worked at the Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital for over twenty years creating excellent relationships. She was also influential in the Brockton VNA for 15 years and most recently worked for South Coast Nursing taking many new and seasoned coworkers under her wings.
Elaine was a part of New Beginnings in Abington for over twenty years. She enjoyed attending her book club and many lunches with friends. She will be sorely missed by all who met her.
There will be a funeral service on Thursday, September 10 at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington St., Canton, MA starting at 10AM with interment to immediately follow at Helping Hand Cemetery, 232 Fuller St. Everett, MA.
A memorial observance at her late residence will be held on Thursday, September 10, until 9PM.
