EATON, Shirley F. (Goldstein) EATON, Shirley Frances, formerly of Randolph, passed away on Saturday, 16-Nov-2019 at Alliance Health at Marina Bay, Quincy, MA, two days short of 94 years, born on 18-Nov-1925 in Boston, MA. She was very musically gifted. She took tap-dance lessons and she was a member of the Drum and Bugle Corps while in school. She played the piano and had a beautiful voice. Jimmy Kelly, wanted her to entertain at U.S.O. Camps during World War II. Instead, she married Arthur Bradford Eaton on 17-Nov-1944 in Needham, MA. She was the secretary at Dedham High where she graduated from high school. We are so grateful and blessed that she was our mother. She was both beautiful inside and out and won several beauty contests when she was young. Shirley was predeceased by her parents, Max and Miriam (Evans) Goldstein, her sister, Beatrice (Danny) Colman and brother, Paul (Lillian) Goldstein. Beloved Mother of Diana (Curtis) Butcher of Midland, Michigan and Linda (Domenic) Perniola, Sr. of Braintree, MA. Cherished grandmother of Kelly (James) Butcher Bays, Monica Butcher Torgow and David Butcher, M.D., (Ruthie McCrary, M.D.), all of Michigan, Domenic A. Perniola, Jr. (Kellie), Julie Perniola (Sean) Walsh and Robert (Katie) Perniola, all of Norwell, MA. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Kevin (Linnea) Bays, Scott (Alyse) Bays, Eric and Matthew Kusak, Alexis and William Butcher all of Michigan; Domenic A. Perniola, III, Olivia Perniola, Nicholas Perniola and Joseph Perniola, Patrick and Sophia Walsh, Eloise, Oliver and August Perniola all of Norwell, MA. She is survived by two nieces, Karen Goldstein (Steven) Lastnik and Rhonda (Colman) Albert and nephews, David (Vickie) & Alan Colman and Martin (Mishel) Goldstein and Harold Goldstein. Services at Schlossberg Family’s Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington Street, Canton, MA, Wednesday, 20-Nov-2019 at noon. Interment to follow at Congregation Beth Israel Cemetery, 2690 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the: Simon C.
